Saturn Cloud + Crusoe Cloud: Simplify full-stack AI deployment on clean compute

The idea of the AI factory — an end-to-end system where data flows through NVIDIA’s accelerated computing platform, software, and workflows to produce intelligence — is now central to how enterprises think about scaling and winning with AI.

Crusoe and Saturn Cloud are bringing this model to life with a collaboration that combines Crusoe Cloud with Saturn Cloud’s AI development platform.

The new offering enables AI developers to build, train, and deploy models faster, more sustainably, and with significantly less infrastructure overhead.

Introducing Saturn Cloud’s AI development platform on Crusoe

Saturn Cloud is an enterprise AI development platform that provides developer-ready environments for building, training, and deploying AI models. AI/ML teams who are working with raw Kubernetes generally have to spend weeks provisioning GPU clusters, configuring CUDA drivers, managing Python environments, setting up distributed training frameworks, and wiring up monitoring, logging, and cost controls before anyone can run their first model.

Saturn Cloud manages all of this infrastructure automatically, so teams can be productive on day one — opening a notebook, connecting to their data, and starting to train models immediately.

With Saturn Cloud running on Crusoe, AI developers get:

  • NVIDIA GPU-powered JupyterLab + RStudio with optional multi-TB memory and Dask clusters.
  • Elastic scaling from single notebooks to multi-node, NVIDIA GPU-accelerated workloads.
  • Built-in scheduling + deployment for jobs, APIs, and dashboards (Streamlit, FastAPI, Plotly, etc.).
  • Collaboration tools like Git integration, shared folders, Docker images, and access controls.
  • Cost + governance features including auto-shutdowns, usage tracking, and team budgeting.
  • Multi-cloud flexibility with enterprise-grade security (SSO, VPC installs, admin controls). Teams can use AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle in addition to Crusoe for high-performance and cost-effective GPU infrastructure. Saturn Cloud can also connect directly to existing data and infrastructure in those clouds and manage compute across multiple providers through a single, unified interface.

This full stack is now natively available on Crusoe Cloud, enabling the AI factory to create even more value.

Why use Crusoe and Saturn Cloud?

Saturn Cloud on Crusoe Reference Architecture

Infrastructure designed for AI

Crusoe Cloud is purpose-built for GPU-intensive workloads. Its architecture supports the high-bandwidth GPU-to-GPU communication required for large-scale AI models.

Access to high-performance GPUs

Customers gain access to Crusoe’s GPU fleet—including NVIDIA A100, H100, and L40 GPUs — with elastic scaling and transparent pricing.

Simplified MLOps = more efficient AI factory

Saturn Cloud removes infrastructure complexity so teams can focus on models and data, while the platform automates provisioning, scaling, and resource management.

Benefits for machine learning teams

  • Start fast with preconfigured Jupyter and RStudio environments.
  • Scale training jobs efficiently across Crusoe’s GPU clusters.
  • Deploy models, dashboards, and APIs with minimal overhead.
  • Manage costs with built-in controls and team-level governance.
  • Run workloads on a sustainable, carbon-neutral GPU cloud.

Getting started

Deploying Saturn Cloud on Crusoe is straightforward. A managed environment is provisioned in your Crusoe account with Crusoe Managed Kubernetes (CMK), optimized GPU/CPU node pools, and secure networking. From there, you can immediately launch notebooks, jobs, and deployments.

Our team is ready to help you design a custom deployment that meets your specific workload needs and helps you build the future faster. Learn more about Saturn Cloud on Crusoe and Crusoe Cloud.
